Privacy note

What Regulatory Path collects: nothing by default; Google Analytics only if you allow it. Hosting, your choices and your rights.

Publisher: Mohammad Alghamdi (contact via LinkedIn).

What the pages collect: by default, nothing. No cookies are set and no analytics run until you choose. Searches and selections run in your browser and are never transmitted — on the safety-signal and literature pages the search sits in the part of the address after “#”, which is not sent to anyone. Your browser keeps two small settings in localStorage: your light/dark theme and your analytics choice. You can clear them at any time.

Analytics

Only if you allow it, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) to count visits. It then records the page visited (its address without anything after “#”), the time, the referring site, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address; Google Analytics 4 does not store the IP address itself. Google signals and advertising features are switched off. It sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_VK6G4JW41W, that last up to two years in your browser; the data is kept in Google Analytics for two months. Google may process the data outside your country, including in the United States, under its own safeguards (how Google uses this data).

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Saudi PDPL). You can change your choice at any time with Analytics settings at the foot of every page; choosing “No thanks” removes the Google Analytics cookies.

Hosting and server logs: the site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request — such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type — under its own privacy policy. The publisher does not receive or keep these logs and does not use Cloudflare's analytics. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); Saudi PDPL).

Links to other sites: links to regulators' websites open those sites under their own privacy policies; your browser may send them the address of the page you came from.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion and portability of any personal data — contact the publisher.
